        云手是一个圆的动作,圆的当中带着缠丝,在缠丝当中又出现了手部的太极图和整体的太极图。对于脾胃 腰 胯经络的疏通有非常好的效果。

       两手做就是双臂云手,在空中是画的一个立的太极图。

      它可以打通任督二脉,它的动作是督脉和身体的运行,它通督脉也通膀胱经。
     膀胱经虚会出现尿频 抑郁 睡眠不好 人容易急躁。有些老年人腿沉 腿痛也是膀胱经的问题。

 看完视频后又从网络搜索到芦老师讲的这几种功的练法总结:


 


  太极拳既简单又复杂,云手是太极拳运用最多的动作。

   太极养生动作-单臂云手:能调理内脏,有助于养护关节。

   做三遍起势,让身体放松,两脚比肩同宽,小马步,一手叉腰,另一只手做云手动作,差不多20-30分钟。

   太极养生动作-环形收缩:能打通督脉,疏通膀胱经。

   起势,全身放松,气沉丹田,垮步,手似抱球往前送,再送回来,身体旋转。再反向做此动作。做6次,拢气收功。

   练太极拳有助于提高身体的感知能力。

   太极养生动作-带脉运行:带脉不通会导致全身经络受阻,带脉运行能减掉腹部脂肪,去除腰部赘肉。

   两脚与肩同宽,两腿微虚,双手上翻,慢慢往上再慢慢往下,运行至腰部时下意识的想象腰部有一汪温水,水面有个球,用手揉动球,9次后收功。

   太极养生动作-单腿升降:能改善全身血液循环,疏通腿部经络。

   两脚与肩同宽,两腿微屈,目视前方,两手慢慢外翻,两手抬至心肺处,慢慢从上到下摸腿外侧,再从内测慢慢摸上来,摸到心肺处换摸另一只腿。休息5分钟后再从内侧摸到外侧。
